Dear Oliver, Sorry, I just found a way to run "java -jar JabRef-2.11.jar --prdef all -n" with powershell in the JabRef folder: - Press Windows logo in the lower left corner - type "Powershell" - click "Windows Powershell" - type cd C:\Program Files (x86)\JabRef (enter) - type " java -jar JabRef-2.11.jar --prdef all -n" (enter) Restart JabRef. For me this worked.

No, sorry, I was not aware of steps that needed to be done in advance, and only just subscribed to the mailing list, so I did not read about these issues earlier. I had 2.10 installed, running without problems, downloaded JabRef-2.11-setup.exe and executed it. I just exported my prefs and attached these in the file with this mail. Where does Jabref store it's preferences, so that I can delete these?
