Yes, proquest respond with the following:

“Thank you for contacting ProQuest Support. ProQuest content, including the CSA
databases, is only accessible via a subscribing academic library or public
library. If you are a member of a subscribing institution, you can export
content to CSV, RIS, XLS, PDF, RTF, or TXT formats. We do not currently support
the CSA format.”

Since they didn’t answer my question regarding the future plans of the csa
export format on their site I wrote another email and got the following reply:

“Thank you for contacting ProQuest Support. There are not any plans at this
time to support the CSA format.”

Regards,

Tobias

Out of curiosity, and for the record, did CSA respond to your inquiry?
If no one is using it there is no reason to support it, but I am curious
if the new/merged company is supporting their legacy products.
