Dear users
there's something I can't get regarding the search utility and its
regular expression feature. I first understood that it is possible to
search by keywords, by using the syntax keywords="words separated with
blanks". Actually it works only if I indicate a single keyword without
quotes. So far the keyword is a combination of two words it's not
working anymore, whether it be in quotes or not. Recently, it was
mentioned in this mailing list that using \s in a regular expression
instead of a whitespace character (i.e. without quotes) still works.
Actually, it temporarily works. After saving the bib file, then closing
JabRef and then reloading the .bib file, the \s has disappeared in the
searchgroup field and it is replaced by s (wordssseparetedswithsblanks
instead of words\sseparated\swith\sblanks).
Is there someting I am doing wrong, or is it a bug related to the
"search" functionality ?
Thank you for your help
Romuald
