I hesitate to enter a bug report because it seems presumptuous. But I'd at least like to mention here a problem I'm having with Jabref-3.12.
According to Customize key bindings, C-S-a should open a new article entry, C-S-b should open a new book entry, etc. These don't work. The alternative is C-n to Select entry type. When done, the Article entry is selected by default. A RET should open an article entry, but fails to do so. The entry types in this dialog cannot be navigated with the arrow keys, and can be selected only with the mouse.
