have a look at the authors formatters at:
http://jabref.sourceforge.net/help/CustomExports.php
I would suggest the following modification:
*LAYOUT*
*article=<b>\format[Authors(LastFirst*,NoPunc*)]{\author}</b>
<b>\year\uniq</b>. <i>\title</i> \journal
\volume\begin{pages}:\format[FormatPagesForHTML]{\pages}\end{pages}.*
you can also use the export filter editor (
https://sourceforge.net/projects/efe/) which offers a gui there you can
just choose how authors should be displayed. Than you could either copy the
code snippeds provided or create a whole jstyle file.
