I'm running JabRef-3.2 on Slackware-14.1 here and only now noticed that the groups are not automatically upgraded when a new entry is saved. I tried refreshing the keyword group listing but that also did not add the new keywords for documents I entered today. I had to delete all groups and recreate the list to see the new keywords.
Please consider having the refresh function re-create the list to include all new keywords when you prepare the next release.
