   How are you backing up the databases?

   I back up my network daily using dirvish <http://www.dirvish.org/> which
is based on rsync. It saves only differences, not each complete file. You
can set it up to back up only certain directories. Not sure it will do so on
the same host but reading the so-so docs and asking on the mail list can get
answers for your situation.
