We already have a maven rsync repository setup on the jabsorb.org slice,
it just needs to be populated with the right files (and I'm not sure
what to do for this next step).

You'll notice that you are able to do this (although the repos is
currently empty):

rsync rsync://jabsorb.org/maven/ maven/

We have a maven account on the jabsorb.org slice and I can see there are
ssh keys for Will and Arthur. The repos dir on the slice is:
/home/maven/repos

If someone tells us what maven commands we need to run to install to the
above repos dir, then I can do it (and do we also need the patch to
pom.xml??). I do not use maven so I am not aware of how to do this.

Michael.
