two parameters do not match the default value you find in
src/config/repository.xml
- minMergeDocs (default 100)
- maxMergeDocs (default 100000)
aha, the values i'm using are from a much older version of
repository.xml.
after syncing up to the latest version of src/main/config/repository.xml
and rerunning my test, my jvm has a grand total of 155 open file
descriptors. much nicer. thanks for the tips marcel!
