Hi Antonio. Thanks for the proposal.

There are 3 resource files:

1 - plugin.properties : These are the perspective and view window titles.
2 - messages.properties : All the application messages. This is the biggest file.
3 - introContent.xml : This is the blue welcome screen that appears when you run jLibrary for first time or when you go to Help -> Welcome.

It seems that currently sourceforge.net CVS is not working so I have attached the resoruce files in English. There is also versions in Spanish and French.
