Resolution: Fixed
NodeTypeRegistry.persistCustomNodeTypeDefs(NodeTypeDefStore store)
is protected, i.e. it might be used by subclasses.
rather than removing the 'store' parameter i changed the implementation to that
effect that it now makes use of it.
