Yeah, this is one of the issues I've been thinking about. The problem is a Maven 1.0.2 error, but since 1.1 is still not final and the Maven 2.0 migration won't make it in Jackrabbit 1.0, we have no option than to live with it. Another alternative I've considered is working around the problem by implementing the troublesome XSLT transformations in some other way, but this isn't too easy either. If anyone has good ideas on how to solve the issue, please share! The details of this problem are recorded in issue JCR-46.
