Deleting WorkSpaces?

I know how to create more workspaces for JackRabbit with: 
((org.apache.jackrabbit.core.WorkspaceImpl)workspace).createWorkspace(name);

..but how can I (or can I?) delete a workspace that isn't needed any 
longer? Another one of
those messy implementation details.
