jcr-server clean broken

cleaning jcr-server is broken. running clean within one of the 
jcr-server subprojects invokes multiproject:clean, which doesn't 
actually do anything.

i'm all for jcr-server being built with multiproject, but i don't know 
enough about multiproject to make sure it fully works. can somebody take 
a look at it?
