First of all, I'm using a jcr-server module working copy from a week ago, so maybe this problem has been fixed already.
i guess this has been fixed with rev. 349905 and has been mention in http://www.mail-archive.com/jackrabbit-dev@incubator.apache.org/msg03590.html may i ask you to update and post a jira issue if its not resolved. thanks angela
