As per title: 2.10.0 release process is otherwise complete, including Scala module (big thanks to PJ), with one problem: 2.10.0 of `jackson-annotations` is missing some artifacts:
https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/fasterxml/jackson/core/jackson-annotations/2.10.0/ and this may be problematic for some tools.
