Hi Marc,
 
I have solved the issue now. 2 diffrent ANT versions was there in my PC. 
ANT 1.6 was configured in Environment variables. Now I canged into 1.8. Its 
works fine.
 
Thanks for asking this question. What version of Ant are you using? - I 
focused more on this are today.
