So exec files are probably generated on the amazon servers, right? So you need to find a ways to download these files after you finished your tests.

Alternatively you can use JaCoCo's remote protocol (output mode tcpserver oder tcpclient). Note that this protocol does not implement any security and should only be used with e.g. VPNs.
