Quite hard to say what you are doing wrong based on just excerpt of pom.xml In https://github.com/jacoco/jacoco/issues/476#issuecomment-271118961 that discusses similar issue, you can find example of JaCoCo usage with AspectJ Compile-Time Weaving.
