Hi,

First of all log indicates usage of a very old version of JaCoCO - please 
use latest one.

Secondly reading of XMLs without ability to run and hence reproduce and 
fully understand your difficulty is IMO not very productive. Especially 
that POMs have declaration of one JaCoCo version, but log also contains 
executions of another version - please don't mix versions.

All in all please have a look on a runnable example of usage of JaCoCo with 
Tycho that is third link from a Google Search by words "tycho jacoco"
