Correct, HPET MSIs are not supported right now. They are blocked.

Linux rarely uses that channel (APIC timers are preferred these days,
and modern CPUs no longer mess them up), and I wasn't confronted with
non-Linux systems so far that wanted them. Thus, we can probably
continue to get away without them.
