Hi,

Iam using 4.4.0-135-generic

and I am trying to install jailhouse-0.9 while installing make install I get
the following message

At main.c:222:
- SSL error:02001002:system library:fopen:No such file or directory:
bss_file.c:169
- SSL error:2006D080:BIO routines:BIO_new_file:no such file: bss_file.c:172
sign-file: certs/signing_key.pem: No such file or directory

It seems your target kernel is using signed modules. You probably need to set CONFIG_MODULE_SIG_KEY to an absolute path so that the key file is found also during out-of-tree module build.

Jan

and after loading insmod jailhouse.ko

I get the following message in dmesg

jailhouse: loading out-of-tree module taints kernel.
[14852.317443] jailhouse: module verification failed: signature and/or required
key missing - tainting kernel

kindly help me to solve this issue.

Thank you
