Hi Jan, 

I added the following reservation in the zynqmp.dtsi 

/memreserve/ 0x800000000 0x40000000 

and rebuild the system. 
It still stuck at the same place (enabling the root cell) 

Attached is the modified zynqmp.dtsi.

Is this the right way to add reservation?
