Just boring updates for Jailhouse, Isar, kernel and buildroot. This
should set the base for release 0.11.
The first three patches are already in master because I only thought I
had sent them already.
I briefly looked into moving to buster, but that requires more changes,
including a bootloader update (because of fatal compiler warnings). So
this should wait until after the 0.11 release.
