The difference here is that these people aren't using Cactus as a
Registered Trademark. Or even a service mark. (No (r)'s or (tm)'s).
We might want to drop the webmaster a note sometime, and offer to cross
link, to help people looking for one package to find the other. But I
dont' see any ~legal~ problems here.
But, a whole 'nother approach, would be to use a boring functional name,
like
