Ok. Lets stop calling it a release for the moment - What I want to do
is make a v0.01 milestone tagging so Turbine has a fixed reference
point. They are going to take the jar and include in turbine to get the
'ExtendedProperties' class.

The problem we are facing is that we wanted to get the 'Configuration'
class out of Vel (now called ExtProp) so Turbine can use it w/o having
to drag in Vel.

There are changes to be made still, but I want to stop fixing in two
places :)

Separate from that, we can do the 0.1 release - there is still stuff on
the queue for inclusion, the stuff from James, and I think we should get
that in and worked out before the 1.0.

So does that work for you?
