I just tagged the Collections CVS with tag
collections_0_01
corresponding to a milestone v0.01
This is not a release. I just wanted to have a milestone for Turbine
and Velocity, as Vel and Turbine use the class, and it's time we make
the transition in both projects to the commons component.
The tagging should have no effect on any of the other components. It
will get interesting when we need to branch... :)
