Sounds a good idea. I'm willing to help out if you like, time allowing.
Maybe another idea could be that we all try to have some kind of vote on
proposals, even we're not +1 or -1, just so the 'tumbleweed syndrome'
doesn't occur.
Something like:-
+0.1 = sounds pretty good at first look, but I need time to give a
proper assessment
+0 = seems OK to me, don't need it yet or its out of my radar scope, but
I've no real objections
-0 = not sure about it but not sure why yet - might be better done some
other way but don't have time to describe why
