James Strachan told me y'all might be interested in the werken.opt
project.  So, I figured I might was well subscribe. ;)

Anyhow, some of y'all may know me from jakarta-velocity.

I'm definitely interested in jakarta-commons, and have some code
that might fit into the thread.* package.  (Once and Barrier
classes, which are useful when doing complex threading and
initialization).
