Right now JJAR just works with JAR files, but it could be made to work with
layout of a binary distribution of a project but I'm not really keen on the
idea. I want a repository of JARs not the distributions themselves.
I think there will be developers who check out the project to help, but
everyone else will just want to build something with the project and have
easy access to the docs which is something Gump could do for all projects.
I am going to get what I have working than post the results for discussion.

I fully intend to merge the processes where possible.
