In the mean time, can you undo your build.xml commit?  You just broke my
build environment :-(.

I don't care if we change globally once JJAR is available, as long as
everyone agrees.  But in the mean time, all the Commons build scripts (and
Struts, and Tomcat, and ...) are based on a different philosophy (better
or worse isn't relevant at the moment, just the fact that it's
*different*)  that doesn't mix well with what you've been doing.
