BTW would it be legal to include the LICENCE at the bottom of the source
file?
Its a real pain to have to page down a few times to see the start of the
source code in every Java source file in Jakarta. Could we have a small
header that has the copyright along wtih something along the lines of "see
the licence at the bottom of this file" then include the full license at the
end of the file?
i.e. the license doesn't have to be at the top of the file does it?
