Hmmm, then you may want to consider replying to the interceptors thread from last week (http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg03499.html) in which I explictly asked: a) How are these interceptors being used? b) What precisely is the contract between httpclient and the interceptor implementations (becasuse it's not at all clear to me)? I removed the interceptor interfaces from a *branch*. Moreover, those interceptors haven't been supported since that branch was created anyway. If we think there is some need to support interceptors, let's find a way to do that. That's what I was trying to draw out last week.
