>Can anyone comment as to the fitness (completeneess, stableness) of DBCP??? >- in other words, is it in such a state that I could use it without >headache? DBCP is derived from a code base we've been using in production for a high-traffic, database intensive application for about a year now. It is possible that a problem or two may have been introduced in the transition to the current DBCP, but it has been tested as well. I am not aware of any issues with the current code base. I suspect you will find few if any problems, and any problems found should be readily correctable. What's standing between the current DBCP and a 1.0 release? * (Possibly) revised configuration (using digester? breaking JOCL into a separate project?) * Documentation * A 1.0 release of Pool (which is also waiting on configuration and documentation) - Rod >Thanks, James _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp
