Apa SEGERA bisa diajak kerjasama dengan gerombolan2 relawan asing dan dalam negeri yang menangani bantuan khusus untuk pendidikan anak/remaja (pola pendidikan alternatif anak mandiri merdeka) ChIP, KKSP Medan, ORI Sumatra dst.)?
