The last couple of days I have been struggling to get a simple RS232
library working. I have the intention to put this library in Jallib, but
first I need to test it thoroughly. It is a split-off of a working
program of mine, so I didn't expect much trouble. But it turned out that
I overlooked a compiler warning about truncation of a value: SPBRG
should become 103, but due to a different specification in the library
than in the original code it became 0, which gives a rather different
behaviour!
