Hi everybody here still listening while the WE shows the tip of its nose,
I've just committed the first draft of "jallib", the magical main wrapper
script, which aims to ease working with jallib. For instance, it can compile
files by expanding dirs and build the -s option, platform-indepently.
I'd need you to test it on several platforms, particularly on windows, macos,
os2, etc... This script is developed in python, I tried to make the code
multi-platforms, though I've quite never had to do this, so
except "surprises".
For usage... well, it's quite the same as svn: there are several actions, for
each action, different arguments. See:
jallib help
should be explicit ! (if not that's a bug)
Let me know if you have any problems, bugs, comments, ideas, ...
Seb
PS: I still cannot believe some people here uses OS/2. Is it still available ?
Why using it ? Is it downloadable ? Free ?
PPS: I've literally copy/paste jsg_validate.py content into jallib script, as
jsg_validate.py will disappear in favor of this unique script (I don't want
people to struggle with a external lib, PYTHONPATH, so I try to keep all
content into *one* file). This will be the same for jalapi, once you all
validate it works for "compile" and "validate" actions.
