I created the first README file for global jallib package at root (/trunk)
and then realize it was very specific to the package, and could not be
applied to the SVN. I've moved it to "tools", as an extra file to added in
the distrib.

What I mean is: if your README is valid for both the SVN (for visitors)
*and* the package (for downloaders), then put it in "include/device". If
not, it's better creating 2, one dedicated for SVN visitors in
"include/device", one for release packages in "/tools".

Yes. As I said, since "validated" is still empty, I built the package
against "unvalidated". Thus, it takes everything it can find.

Cheers,
Seb
