Strange! I just did a checkout of 420 (to be sure I have the latest). I
compiled b16F88.jal (rev 348, file data 4 Oct) with device file
16F88.jal (rev 388, file data 11 Oct) and my LED blinks!
Compare to detect the differences: sources, include paths, compile
makefile or scritp, etc.
