I'm afraid I cannot help you, but I'm interested in the subject.
I have here a pretty old but still working Tektronix 453 analog scope
(borrowed from an IBM technician). I don't use it very frequently, but
for years I have a plan to replace it. It must be reasonably priced for
my incidental use!
Not so long ago there was a discussion in PicList, but these people seem
to have a higher budget....
