New feature, as you requested. If a test file contains "@jallib skip-auto", then if won't be considered when automatically generating samples (-a). If manually generated (-b, -t and -o, no -a option), then it's simply ignored, and sample will be generated.
Finally, be accurate. The magical tag is "@jallib skip-auto", with 1 space (no more) between "jallib" and "skip".
