Analysis:
The dev2jal script generates the 'pin_xy' declarations for the 18F series
based on
the specifications of the LATx registers in the MPlab .dev files. But in
cases where
a pin is input-only the corresponding bit in the LATx register (in TRISx as
well) is
(or could be) undefined. For these situations no pin_xy declaration is
generated for
that pin.
Proposed solution:
The generation of pin_xy declarations for the 18Fs will become based on the
PORTx
information.
