An upper case letter in a filename again! At first I didn't understand 
how this could happen, because I did a validate before commit. But I 
found out the reason. When I specify a lowercase filename with the 
validation command an uppercase letter in the real file is not detected!
If this is an issue specific for my environment (OS) I'll take care to 
catch this difference. But it might be better to improve jallib.py.
