Yes and no ;), Yes becayse the current version of Picshell 2.03 only 
supports the PIC16f877 (the upcoming version will support far more devices, 
including some PIC18Fs) so in that sense it is OK. But I comitted it by 
mistake (it is already fixed), because I integrated the unit test code into 
the picshell archive, so in the end jallib.py should be modified to use this 
python module instead.
