Well 'recommending' maybe a little too strong. I only thought it would 
be a good idea to help Kyle with testing before release.
Official releases are announced by Kyle in Jallist. For beta's you'll 
have to visit the JalV2 site and check the dates.

I'm sure Kyle does 'quite some' testing before making a new beta 
available, but it can hardly be 'complete'. Therefore the more people 
use it the better. And you can always compare the results with an 
earlier release.
