Even though I changed the name from upper- to lowercase in the 
GoogleCode repository I still had an SVN conflict in my local copy of 
the tools directory.  So I deleted my local tools directory tree 
completely and did a checkout. That solved the conflict.

After that I resynched the flash_pics.json file with the Microchip site 
of today.  I also merged part of the info in 'devicefiles.json' into the 
new flash-pics.json (datasheet and programming specifications numbers). 
Maybe devicefiles.json will disappear in the near future and 
'flash_pics.json' will become the one and only file with PIC specific 
information.
