Hi William.

It is not just fun. I asked whether it is "blink a led" or "blink an
LED" because in my opinion we in Jallib (-documentation, etc.) should
use one or the other, not a both.
In the English wikipedia I read:

(Seb: a unicorn -> a university)
So when LED is pronounced as a word it should be 'blink a led' and
when it is pronounced spelled with its letters it should be 'blink an LED'.
In the English wikipedia I read that you have the choice to pronounce
'LED' as a word or as an abbreviation (spelled). But they write it
consequently in uppercase, suggesting that the preferred pronunciation
is as abbreviation.
In the Dutch wikipedia I read that 'led' is not anymore considered to be
an abbreviation but a noun, pronounced as a word and written in
lowercase ('led' is an imported word in the Dutch language, we have/use
no native Dutch term for it).
If we agree about using one of both terms, I'm afraid we have to vote.
I would vote for 'blink a led' (all lower case).
Regards, Rob.
