Today I deleted jallib.py from my system and did a checkout.
At first the results seemed to be the same, but later only compilable
samples were refreshed in /sample. I'm afraid I cannot recall what made
the difference. I suspect it was a parameter specification with 'jallib
sample' or an environment setting. Sorry for the false alarm...

A new set of device files, and some updated board files and samples are
committed! I have most fuse_defs under control now, and reasonably
documented in devicefiles.html.

Regards, Rob.
