I believe they both start at a zero value, this way there are 256 possibilities for for, and up to 256 array indexes. 0 to 255.
I think it will be a good idea for us to have a language FAQ in the documentation, or a updated language reference chapter in the doc. Seb, what do you think? Would kyle allow the language reference to be ported to DITA so it can go on his website as well as justanotherlanguage.org and the PDF? Matt.
