Ah I see ... these warnings do not generate a non-zero returncode of the
compiler! No wonder that you didn't notice. In my regression tests I
also scan the compiler log (with the -log option) for number of errors
and warnings.

I wonder why all samples compile fine with you while with me for 18
of the 613 the compiler (2.4n) generates warnings, like for
16F88_ADC_LOWRES the log file looks like:
